Students will learn various beginning techniques associated with tumbling. Instruction will be offered in the areas of strengthening exercises (upper body, core), proper form, and execution. By the end of the course, young ladies should know how to execute cartwheels, round offs, multiple rollovers (basic rolls, dive rolls, backwards rolls, etc.), front walkover, back walkover, back bend, splits, and toe touches.
